Tenerife made 21-of-21 charity shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Tenerife had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a good game for Georgian center Giorgi Shermadini (216-1989, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!). point guard Jaime Fernandez (186-1993) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Four Tenerife players scored in double figures. Guard Ahmet Tuncer (194-1993) answered with 14 points and center Muhsin Yasar (210-1995) added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Galatasaray. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
